DCNM, Switch 40G SFP's / Tranceiver Module Details e.g. Serial Numbers not in Discovery and Listed in Modules

Hello Guys,
The Cisco DCNM is not discovering and listing the SFP's/trancevier modules under DCNM-GUI/Monitor/Switches/Modules.

   Cisco WSP-Q40GLR4L= network transceiver module

The Discovery seems to only show what is gatherable with "show inventory"

Since the 40G SFP's are quiet significant, shouldn't they be listed in the Modules section in the GUI ?

GUI: Monitor / Switches / Modules. 

Am I looking in the wrong place for this information ?
@DEVNET: can this Information be collected using REST-API ?
