Default Exceed and Violate action in a Policy Map?

JOKERR

I was wondering what are the default exceed and violate settings on a Cisco Router if they are not explicitly specified? Example:

policy-map Test
class Test
police 80000 conform-action transmit

In the above, there is no exceed or violate option specified. So what happens to traffic that exceeds 80000 bps?

Thank you.

As far as I know the defaults are for confirm-action transmit and for exceed-action and violate-action drop.

I can't find any documentation stating that but those values would make sense.
