Device Center Cannot Find Applications

I upgraded to LMS 2.5 and I was able to see Campus Manager and RME in the Device Center. After rebooting the server, I open Device Center and it says "No applications or devices found"

Has the hostname been changed on the server? Last time I saw this the hostname of the machine was changed, but not all files were updated in the db.
