I saw this too after the upgrade.  What happened is that RME 4.3.2 was not registered.  Go to Common Services > Server > Home Page Admin > Application Registration.  Unregister RME 4.3.0 and/or 4.3.1, then re-register RME (which should give you 4.3.2).

Hi,

Thanks for the info. I do already see RME 4.3.2 registered.

If that's the case, then the database entries must still be pointing to an old version of RME.  The application registration and database records must match exactly for task entries to show in Device Center.  You'll need to open a TAC service request (use the Open Service Request link in the Actions panel of this thread), and TAC can walk you through the procedure to modify the database records to point to RME 4.3.2.

Thanks for the follow-up.

I tried to open Cisco TAC Case, but it asked for serial number - I'm not

even sure it exist for CW2K...

No, there isn't a serial number, but you can select from a list of products tied to your account.  If you have an SAS (Software and Services) contract for LMS, you should see LMS show up there.
