Device reachable on prime lms but not on prime infrastructure

Hi

I am able to reach a device on lms but it comes up unreachable on prime lms .

SNMP V3 all ok and the passwords work all tested .

How do i go about fault finding this ?

Does your SNMP v3 user have Read-Write privilege?

I seem to recall LMS will work with Read-only but Prime Infrastructure requires Read-Write.

I wish it was that simple.

Sadly it does have that access I think i will upgrade the prime infrastructure and hope it helps

I've managed devices with SNMP v3 using PI 1.3, 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2.
