When I unmanage an interface in device details the state will return to "true" and faults will appear in the AA window.
I also get the window that says I need to apply changes, but that doesn't help the issue.
Is this a bug that can be patched?

This is bug CSCsz08953. A patch is available from the TAC to correct the issue.

Since I recently upgraded to DFM 3.1.3 I'm also experiencing this issue.
Can you advise where I can get the fix please.

As I said, a patch is available by contacting the TAC, and referencing the aforementioned bug.

Thanks. Just wanted to be sure before I called TAC. Didn't want to call them if it was available via download.
Out of interest, do you know why these types of patches aren't made available via download and why they need to be requesed via TAC??
