I defined an event set, and a notification email group in DFM.
When a device is down a email is generated like configured. I've been wondering if it's possible not only to generate a email message whean a device is down, but also when the device comes up again, prefferebly with the time that the device was down.
Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks a lot in advance.

Absolutely. I recommend you uncheck any boxes under the Alert section. Alert notifications are not as useful as the Event notifications. Under the Event section, make sure the boxes for Informational and Cleared are both checked. With these checked, you will receive notifications when an Event (e.g. OperationallyDown) clears.
