In cisco works I expect
EVENT DESCRIPTION = OperationallyDown
When the link gose down and generates the trap for linkup linkdown
But I am getting
EVENT DESCRIPTION = ExceededMaximumUptime:
also some times i get error messages on terminal as below

Hi Prasad,
I'm not too sure about the first part or even how the OperationallyDown notification could be associated with the ExceededMaximumUptime response that you are seeing. Are you sure that these two aren't exclusive of each other?
As for the SNMP-3-BADOID messages you're seeing, I looked through your config and see that this is a 1721 router running some 12.3 version of IOS. This leads me to believe you're likely hitting bug CSCef67969 which is resolved in the following versions of IOS:
012.003(016.007)
12.3(11)T03
12.3(08)T06
12.3(12.02)T

will IOS upgrade solve my problem.
I guess exceeded max uptime is when configured for A backup or dial-on-demand port or interface has been in the Up state for too long.
and operationally down which i expect when link to that interface goes down
if ios needs to upgrade plz suggest wht to choose in enterprise ios which good support for qos and isdn.
