Hello,
I need some help to how configure notifications in LMS 3.2 (windows server 2003) in order to receive alarms by email when a router is unreachable or when one of its interface is down.
I have tested in DFM but I receive several email notifications for one desconnection or event so my email-box is filled after an event due .
I have to monitoring 350 sites, and every one has 2 routers(main and bckp) and 2 switches (users), Can you sugest me a way to get notifications by email when a device comes down?
Thanks in advance!

It looks like you're almost there. In event set B, uncheck the boxes for StateNotNormal and OutOfRange. Check the box next to unresponsive. That will generate notifications when a device becomes unreachable or an interface goes down. Other than that, everything looks good. Your Notification Group is properly configured.

Thanks Joseph,
I have checked OperationallyDown and Unresponsive events boxes but in an as5350XM (access-server) test-device when I dissconnet it DFM send me 66 emails with "cleared" and "active" status (I don´t know why in "cleared" if is disconnected), there are several emails.
I supose every notification is for every Async Interface. How can get only one notification for this disconnection or for IP-addresss (when is unreacheable).
I have the same problem with the other routers and switches.
Could you please help me?
