I Have A problem with ciscowork DFM module, when i try to make a report through fault history - event filtering - search bay group, it give to me the following message:
An Exception acurred while accessing the database.
Plese check the FHUI.log file for futher datails.
when I check the service on windows, i saw that dfmFH database is always starting.
I stop ciscowork through the command net stop crmdmgtd and then up, but nothing it continue the problem.
what i can do to fix this problem?

The problem was resolved; I restart the service on Windows Dfm dfmfh database engine
