Discrepancy in Netman

I have run into a eculiar problem for us. The problem is that when I look at Netman Common services, under device credentials and admin, I see a total of 593 devices. When I look at Common services under device management - device summary, I show 592 devices. One device is not showing. We identified the one device but we are not sure how to delete it from device credentials and admin. Once deleted, we will then reenter the device and they should synch.

I'm having trouble visualizing where youre are seeing this part:

"Netman Common services, under device credentials and admin, I see a total of 593 devices."

Can you upload a screenshot of that (assuming there is no confidential information shown) so I can better understand what you're seeing?

I am in Common Services - Common Services home - Device credentials and administration - number of devices. Compare this to RME device management status. The total is off by one.
