DMF Error Bringing Up Alerts and Activities

When we click DFM tab now on a LMS 3.0.3 server we see the following message:

An exception occurred.Please check the AAD.log file for further details.

In AAD.log I see the following:

27-Aug-2008|00:26:19.649|ERROR|AAD|TP-Processor3|DeviceManager|getHighSeverityAlerts()|.|NULL Log Message

Alerts and Activities was working on this system the past two weeks, any ideas what happened and what to do to fix and resolve it.

This message isn't very informative. It could indicate a NullPointerException was encountered somewhere in the code. It may be related to the OOME you mentioned earlier. Does restarting dmgtd fix this?
