It has email and alarm notifications. But what about sound notification through PC speaker?

Most of the NMS applications I have seen does not have any sound notification as a Sound Notification system may usually work locally on server settings and most of the NMS app servers would be in DC's or Server areas with restricted and limited access.

So even if the sound plays no one may notice.

However, there is a workaround via email notification. You can set rule to your OUTLOOK or mail clent to play a sound when you receive an email from LMS server.

Rule may be applicable to all emails or selective ones as per your requirement.
