Downloading issue on the Network

Hello,

We have been having an issue on the network for some time now regarding downloading files. Looks like any file that is 500 mb or larger is having an issue where the download initiates but comes to a complete stop. Anything below 500 mb seem to download fine without issues. We have narrowed it down to being our internal network being the issue. This is our connection ISP > Router > ASA > Core Switch. We disconnected our ASA and hooked up a laptop directly to the Router to test the download. The download works fine if it's directly into the Router. The problem is this issue started out of no where and there were no changes made to the network when this problem started. I've been reading that it may be a QoS issue and have tried to adjust the interface speed settings. I tried digging through the QoS on our network, but it looks like it's not really set up other than small configurations such as this on our Core Switch:

qos queue-softmax-multiplier 400

policy-map system-cpp-policy
policy-map port_child_policy
class non-client-nrt-class
bandwidth remaining ratio 10

and some other class-map configurations that was in place before I started working here.

The download issue only seems to be happening if we are connected through ethernet. If the user's computer is connected through Wi-Fi, the download seem to be working fine. I don't know if it can be VLAN congestion because it's such a small network and I have tested different VLANs and they are all the same when it comes to experiencing the issue. I have been stuck on this issue for some time and I can't figure it. If anyone could assist I will greatly appreciate it.
