Im trying to add a callmanager server to DCR but LMS says there's an duplicate device in the system.
I cannot see in the DCR device list, though I've already added the device in ACS.
Please tell me what could ele can i check?
The objective is to tracking voip phones, can you please confirm the process.
1. Add callmanger server to CS
2. Configure snmp on callmaanger
3. enable snmp on callmanager
4. Start UT Acquisition to collect voip phones
Did I miss anything else?

Go to Common Services > Device and Credentials > Reports > Devices not configured in ACS. Is the CCM listed there?

Yes CCM is listed in the report

Then it has not been properly added to ACS. Make sure ACS has it configured with the IP address shown in the report. Make sure you are allowed to access the NDG in which the CCM is located. Restart ACS, then relogin to LMS.
