EEM script is not detecting message ""%CISCO400R-6-SIM_ACTIVATION: SIM in slot 1 is being activated. Please wait for modem to come UP."

am trying to execute below script and its failing can some one help?

event manager applet nano-1

event syslog pattern "%CISCO400R-6-SIM_ACTIVATION: SIM in slot 1 is being activated. Please wait for modem to come UP."

action 1.0 cli command "enable"

action 1.1 cli command "configure term"

action 1.2 cli command "do cellular 0/0/0 microcode activate 2"

is it like EEM script only detect  Sev5 sys log messages?

Try the EEM policy without the % sign in the syslog pattern.
