EEM script to reset module

Hello All,

I'm looking for a EEM script which can help me reset module on 65xx and 45xx switches when the module is down.What is the best option here.

1. If i use syslog is there a pattern matching which i can use to determine the module number from log and reset

2. Can OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.1.2.1.1.2 be used to monitor module and reset when down?

1. What is the syslog message you receive when the module goes down?

2. If this OID gives you the correct value when you poll it manually, then sure it can be used.

Thanks for response, Was expecting one from you.

Have multiple supervisor module running different IOS versions , so syslog might not be the same. OID what i am not sure about is would it change based on supervisor module.
