Email Notifications LMS 3.2

Hi, I have problem getting email notifcations work in LMS 3.2.

I configured SMTP server DFM-----------------Configuration---------------SMTP Default Server and then

DFM----------Notification Services--------E-Mail Notification, once i press on it it gives the following error:

Database error can't process your request

please see nos.log for details

and then empty page with the following :

Problem with File /WEB-INF/screens/Notification/NewEmailSubscription.jsp!!!Cannot find bean NewSubscription in scope null

Your NOSServer process is not started :

        Process= NOSServer

        State  = Never started
        Pid    = 0
        RC     = 0
        Signo  = 0
        Start  = N/A
        Stop   = Not applicable
        Core   = Not applicable
        Info   = Not applicable

Which is causing the issue. please try to excute pdexec NOSServer (NOSServer is case sensitive) and then check if that gets started or not using : pdshow NOSServer.

Also, as per the request, did you tried following other steps as request to stop AV/FW and reboot server/restart daemon.

Please post the output of pdshow from command prompt. Also, please confirm if this is a fresh install??

The CTM error show a port issue, try to stop the firewall/Anti-virus if any for some time and reboot the server. if reboot not possible, then try to re-start the daemon manager.
