End Of Sale/End Of Life Report for Ended router

We have LMS3.1,CS3.2 and RME 4.2

The result of routers 2501,2514 and 4500 in the End Of Sale/End Of Life Report is show the number of devices with EoSale/EOL announcements=0

and number of modules with EoSale/EOL announcements=0

I downloaded the latest EOX data, and confirmed that the 2501, 2514, and 4500 routers are in there. Perhaps you are hitting CSCsz19286. Try following the steps for generating the EOX report using offline data at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_resource_manager_essentials/4.2/user/guide/psirteox.html#wp1051784 .
