EOX job keeps failing

Hi,

 

We usually run EOX reports on Prime Infrastructure every once in a while. Last time was for about six months ago. Trying it again this week I keep getting that the Job is completed with failure and errors like (Field Notice identification services failed , Software EOL identification services failed). No changes has been done on Prime the last six months except for patching an reloading it.

 

We tested to restart it, sync the switches (they sync every night anyway), and run the job. No difference. What could the problem be? Is Prime having problems connecting to Cisco or is it something wrong in the system itself?

 - Besides checking the Internet connection of your Cisco Prime server; also verify  your current Prime version; perhaps this issue is resolved in more recent releases of Cisco Prime.
