Here's the procedure for DFM 2.0:
Stop the daemons
cd CSCOpx\bin
perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=dfmEpm dmprefix=EPM
perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=dfmInv dmprefix=INV
perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=dfmFh dmprefix=FH
restart the daemons

I`ve used this procedure and it does seem to work.
What the person above failed to mention was the error messages that occur after the first perl script is executed and in the end I needed to reboot the box to get it to work correctly
( I was getting licensing issues when entering DFM )
Why Cisco can`t simply create a "delete" button is beyond me

Shouldn't receive error messages after running these sql commands, perhaps something else is going on.
If you are getting license pop ups when entering DFM you should run the dfm validate upgrade command to prevent these from reoccurring
