In cisworks RME syslog analysis when i want to see the syslog of any device i get an error. Please check wether logging is enabled on the device.
I have restored the database, but still i am not able to see the syslog.
Users who check the syslog via web access are not able to syslog via RME,
EssentialDBserver process is running but no logging

I had gone through the link earlier. My devices are logging and i can see the logged message on console. My problem is that i want to see the syslogs via.. ciscoworks ===> RME ===> syslog Analyser ===>
wherein it shows the syslogs for last seven days... But i don't get any ouput, it says check wether logging is enabled on the devices...
