Hi,
I have recently installed the Cisco Security Manager 3.1, in the common services I wanted to see the Event log, but when open the Event Log under Software Center-->Activity Log-->Event Log I'm getting the following error...

what could be the reason and how can I fix this, can someone give ur inputs pls...
The Common Services version is 3.0.5

This looks like bug CSCsh82763 which is fixed in CS 3.1.1

Ok, but how can I upgrade to CS 3.1.1, can I download the upgrade package from cisco using my CCO id ??
