error while fetching config

hi,

i am using LMS 2.5.1.

When tried for archieve sync, it does fine for running config, vlan config but gives error for startup config "Failed to fetch config using RCP.Connection refused: connect Verify RCP is enabled or not".

Can you let me know what is wrong in this as this works fine for some other devices with the same config

What type of device is this? Also, what is your transport protocol order?

Can you enable a packet capture while doing a config fetch for this device to see what might be failing?
