Error with device performance report

Hi all

I had propblem with  Device performance report of LMS 4.0. You could see picture below about the problem. How do resolve it ?

Seems the processes may be down. please check NMSROOT/bin/pdshow -brief and see if many processes and maily containign UPM are down?

If so, please try to restart the daemon manager and check again!!
