Export file from a Switch and import to another Switch?

Hi, 

I have 28 switches on my company.

To config, I was export config file.txt from the first switch and import config file.txt to another switch, one by one.

Then I manual edit IP, name, .... then I config trunk port, access port and connect to access point.

Some users cannot connect Wi-Fi or sometime disconnect Wi-Fi suddenly.

I checked DHCP server, Wi-Fi controller, they are correctly working. 

Please tell me, that way to config Switch is fine?  Any problem with this way?

can not connect to Wifi and some times disconnect ?
check the port connect to AP is it trunk ? are the VLAN allowed must be different ?

-> The port connect to AP was trunk and I set allowed all Vlan
