Find Internet Router a client is using

Hello,

We have two internet connections with full BGP neighborship connecting onto two Cisco 3925's, CenturyLink and Frontier. We advertise our entire class C subnet out those routers for our internal servers. One 3925 is at our main data center, the other is at our DR. We default outbound traffic out our CenturyLink router, but inboune we cannot say where to go because of BGP routing inbound.

What I'm curious about is if there is a way to see which ISP a remote user is coming through from our router's prospective? We have public facing servers home users connect to, and we can get on their PC and do a tracert to our public and they will either come in through CenturyLink or Frontier named devices so we know which inbount internet connection they are using.

Would like to know if there is a way to tell on our internet routers without having the home user do a tracert? It's a constant connection to our server, so was thinking active TCP traffic? Maybe a packet capture? But hoping there was like a "show ip tcp connection | i X.X.X.X (IP address)" type of command. Hope this makes sense.
