I intend to have Frame Relay to connect 3 LANs in which the 2 branches are connected to the HeadQuatar (HCM). Yet I have just implemented the connection between HCM and the DN Branch and then I got stuck.
(In these LANs, I also have a Firewall but I let all traffic run free between outside and inside.)
The problem is that I get stuck in trying to figure out why I can not send any ICMP packet or ping from the branch PC to the headquarters PC, whereas I can send ICMP packet or ping from the HQ router to all PCs in DN branches.
(In this Frame Relay between HQ and the currently implemented branches, I just use static routing so It can work first.
Then I would learn to use dynamic routing for the other branches)
Can you help me with troubleshooting the current Branches, and give me a tutorial to configure dynamic routing for the other
Branch? (I just took Computer Network this semester so any helps are valuable)

Frame relay! Are this old tech still used!
Or this is lab ?

I agree with MHM that the use of Frame Relay seems odd and wonder whether this is an environment with real gear or is in some lab/emulator? And if in some lab/emulator then there is a real possibility that it is some issue with the emulation.
But if it is with real gear I offer this thought: if headquarters is successful in access (ping etc) to branch but branch is not successful in access to headquarters it suggests that there is a security policy somewhere that is impacting traffic. The security policy is most likely on the edge device that provides connectivity between headquarters and branch. If you check those edge devices and do not find any security policy then move one hop into the network and on that device look for security policy.
