I am having the same problem

have a vg224 with multiple faxes.

When call from fax to fax completes the port

is fine (dormant/onhook)

but when a call is incomplete, like if you call from your phone, (hear the fax attempt negotiation), then hangup.

that port's state remains up (up/onhook) and until reset the port, it is not usable.

have tried adding "timeouts call-disconect 10"

and "timesout wait-release 10", reset the port, but made no difference. then changed the 10 to 5 - no help. removed call-disconnect and left just wait-release - no help.

any ideas?
