Getting error in using "Configuration Archive" in Cisco Prime 3.7

I am getting error Failed to get configuration from device. Check if the startup configuration(command: "show startup-config") is present on the device or the start-tag(!) is available in the configuration. while using "Configuration Archive" option in Cisco Prime 3.7.

Can anyone please help me in this regard.

 - Check the involved device-type and model compatibility with Prime 3.7 (see link below). If compatible you are probably hitting a bug. You can either try with Prime 3.8 or contact TAC and file a bug  report.
