Guest Users created on Cisco prime have logon failure

Hello,

I am facing the following issue. Guest Users created on Cisco prime have logon failure when they try to login visitors network. When I create local net users for wireless on the wireless controller directly the logon is working fine. The issue appear 3-4 days ago there was no known change in configuration.

 -  1) Check controllers logs when this is done (from Prime).  2) Can you verify if the users then, effectively exist on the controller when created from-Prime. 3) What is the Prime version  being used ?
