Hello,

On my ciscoworks hum page, by default i have the cpu utilization summary chart

and device availability report chart (2 pie graphs). The chart for device availability is

for 30 days. When i click on my pie chart, i only see data for the last day (24 hrs)

(start date and end date). I don't see any data for the last 30 days.

on the configuration, i see that that refresh is every 10 min and time interval is 30 days...

what's going on ?

can you help me on this ?

The drill-down details are hardcoded to be 24 hours (i.e, it runs the Quick Report).  Only the portlet display can be customized.  You can, however, create a new Poller Report for the specified poller, and set the time range to be for the last 30 days.  Or, you could copy the default Quick Report for Availability or CPU Utilization, and adjust the time range, then run that report.
