Help with CSM 3.01 Reporting w/ RME

Hey,

We're currently using CSM to manage our firewall changes and RME's NetConfig to manage mass router and switch changes. We'd really like to be able to create audit reports of changes that have been requested and approved/not approved. In CSM I see there's a audit reporting tool that will generate a report but there's not option to print. Has anyone figured out how to print out these reports? The same goes with NetConfig jobs under RME. I'd like to print something similar to what's displayed under Config Mgmt -> NetConfig -> NetConfig Jobs. I tried looking under REPORTS and the only NetConfig jobs it shows is when RME syncs the config change. I'd like to see that user johnsmith had a change named "NTP server" that was approved by "Approver" and sucessfully deployed at a certain time. I'm sure that this must be a reporting option but I cannot find where. Thanks for any help on this!

As you already noticed, the Change Audit report will give you some basic information, but you will still need to drill into the specified job ID to figure out what was done. The only way to really print this data is by getting the details on each job, then clicking the Print icon at the top right-hand corner of the window. Alternatively, clicking the the Details link in the Change Audit report window will show the config diff associated with that change.
