How can CWLMS campus mgr discover host IP address in a layer 2 network?

Hi

The customer is using CWLMS to monitoring a backup network. It is one VLAN/subnet only, without default gateway.

Since CWLMS cant telnet to the default way to do 'show arp', is there any other way for Campus mgr to display the PC ip addresses?

No there isn't. PS: Campus Manager does not telnet to get the arp information, it polls the arp table via SNMP.
