Hi, One of my customers is running LMS and whenever they reload the server, it generates UDP 42342 traffic once a minute for a few days and then it stops.
I'm assuming this is normal behaviour, but does anyone know what this traffic is for and is it possible to disable it. The reason being that it keeps filling the log of the customers firewall
Many Thanks in advance
Dom

This is CORBA agent advertisement traffic. This cannot be disabled.

Hi Joseph,
Thanks for replying to my post - My customer says this just stops after a certain amount of time - something like about three days.
Do you know any moree about that process - ie does it just give up or turn itself off after a certain amount of time?
Cheers, Dom
