Hi Parag,

You could use the reaction configuration feature to generate the syslogs whenever there is a packet loss.

Following is a sample config

ip sla reaction-configuration 1 react packetLossDS action-type trapOnly threshold-type immediate threshold-value 30

ip sla reaction-configuration 1 react packetLossSD action-type trapOnly threshold-type immediate threshold-value 30

make sure you have the rtr traps enabled on the device. Whenever the device is violating the threshold of 30 packetlosses between the SD and DS there would be a trap generated for the same to your NMS.
