Hello!
I want to receive alarms by SNMP from interface when its utilization is reached 80%.
Somebody can help me to understand how to configure Cisco?

Vadim,
AFAIK you need to run RMON on your router to achieve this.

Another way to do this is to use MRTG stats (www.mrtg.org) which is GNU application used to plot SNMP values on graphs. It can run on Windows and Unix platforms
You can also configure thresholds within MRTG so that if the OctetsIn/Out counters on an interface hit 80% MRGT will run a script that could email you or page you.
