How to start Cisco Works Daemon Manger after stoping it.

I typed the command on cmd :

net stop crmdmgtd

The Cisco Works Daemon Manger stopped and I couldn't start it again

I tried typing: net start crmdmgtd

but it didn't work.

I also tryed to start the service form windows services but it didn't work

Please help me out

Is there any indication in the Windows event log as to why the service did not start?

Worth checking the event viewer to see if there is a message related to this service.

I checked the event viewer, it shows the service

goes up then down back again when I type the command: net start crmdmgtd

It doesn't show why it fails to start.

Try running NMSROOT\setup\support\resetCasuser.exe and see if that fixes this for you.
