I want CW to stop sending/receiving traps, Ive stopped daemon but still receiving traps on my syslog server.How do I stop snmp traps on CW server?

Syslog messages are not traps. If you want to stop syslog messages from being written to the syslog.log file, stop the crmlog service:
net stop crmlog
