I have set up a new email server (to replace an old one on EOL OS) but emails are getting rejected by iphmx.com servers with message "Your access to submit messages to this e-mail system has been rejected". The server is new, is not on any blacklists and has never sent bulk emails of any kind. How do I get this whitelisted? The old server is accepted OK.
Any help welcome.

what is the context of your question ? In which topology is the new email server deployed ?

I have now resolved this by sending a request through TalosIntelligence.com to whitelist the IP.
In answer to your question, this is a single standalone cloud server handling our company emails. I am not sure the word "topology" applies here unless I misunderstood your question.
