Ths screen shot you showed is the SSL compliant applications. What about further down on that screen (applications installed)?
You can always put in the installation CD for Ciscoworks and install Ciscoview when running the install script. It will detect whet is installed and whet is not.
By the way this version of Ciscoworks is End of Life and End of Support already. It is really old.
