IMAGE DISTRIBUTION CISCO PRIME 3.9

Hello everybody,

We are trying to distribute the suggested ios-xe versions on our network devices though Prime.

On our software image management server, sftp and scp are configured.

When I start the process of distributing an image, I get the following error:

Failed to copy image to Protocol Directory[/localdisk/sftp].Please check whether the protocol directory exists in the software image management server.

How can I find the correct directory where scp is on prime ? 

Any ideas ?

The directory exists but seems to be empty ( attached) .

Do you know if there is any other path where scp exists on prime ?

I assume you are using an external server ? If so, is that a Windows or a Linux machine ?

Yes you are correct, it is a linux machine.
