Implement Secure Logging on Cisco Catalyst Switch to Log Server

I have implemented secure logging on our Cisco ASAs via 'logging host ip.address tcp/6514 secure' and then adding the proper certificates. For the switch I have tried "logging host ip.address transport tcp port 6514" and i have the proper cert installed but I get "An unexpected TLS packet was received" on my log server.
