No. The user-defined fields are unique to LMS, and cannot be pushed to ACS. You can push the devices themselves from LMS to ACS using the dcrcli command I mentioned previously.

Are you wanting to create more NDGs for logical separation of management tasks, or are you seeing the *.*.*.* wildcard not work? If you want to logically segment your devices into multiple NDGs, you will first need to remove the *.*.*.* entry, then create the desired NDGs, and manually add the devices to them. If, however, you want to explicitly list all devices out in ONE NDG, you can use the dcrcli expAcs command to send all devices from LMS to ACS into one NDG. For example:
dcrcli -u admin cmd=expAcs hn=acs1.company.com un=admin pwd=admin prt=2002 proto=http seckey=mySecret ndg=MyNDG
