Info on object-group knob

Sorry if this is something obvious, but I was configuring some object groups today and noticed "knob" was an option after entering "object-group." I tried to find more info online but couldn't find anything. Could someone explain what "object-group knob" is and point me to some references on the subject?

   knob toggle a set of object-group knobs
sw(config)#object-group knob ?
   check-nested-entry-dup need to check nested entry duplication
   check-normal-entry-dup need to check normal entry duplication

=> the knob enables/disables checking for duplicate entries in a nested object-group or normal object-group
