Input errors on Multilink interface

Hi All,

Can somebody tell me why input error counter do not increase on multilink interface when there errors observed on the physical interface, Since Multilink interface is being polled i do not get alerts when there is errors on the physical interface

Possible problems that might be causing the errors.

1. CRC errors occur when the CRC calculation does not pass (indicating that data is corrupted).

2. Aborts indicate an illegal sequence of 1 bit (more than seven in a row)

3. A framing error occurs when a packet does not end on an 8-bit byte boundary
