installing lms 4.2.3 for windows error

Dear,

im trying to install Cisco prime LMS 4.2.3 for Windows 2008 R2 standard x64.

however i have received this error message.

Have you installed 4.2 first? The 4.2.x releases require a working installation of 4.2 to build upon.
