instructor access

Hi I was an instructor a few years back but for a while my job took me in a different direction.

 

I am now back on the need for being part of the instructor community and recently got an email (below) informing me I am enrolled on a new course. I had lost my password and when trying to reset I ended up with my email: dvanoverdijk@activatelearning.ac.uk requiring me to reset my password. I did but the course referred to below is not in my list of current courses and older courses is only showing one and there is no way I can get to the settings where I could start a course for students and sign them up like I have done in the past. Any idea what to do?

If you already have a Cisco Networking Academy account:
Simply log in at netacad.com and go to the I am Learning tab to access your course. If you need help with your password click the “Forgot Password” link on the “Log In” menu.

If you are new to the Cisco Networking Academy:
You should have already received a separate activation email from us. Click on the activation link in that email to start setting up your account. Once your account is set up, you will be taken to the “I'm Learning” tab to access your course. If you cannot find your activation email, then click “Resend Activation Email” on the “Log In” menu at https://www.netacad.com.
