Internet inconsistency Issue CISCO rv110w - Starlink ISP

Hi Everybody i have been experiencing an issue on my local network lately every time it keeps disconnecting from the internet i'm using a Cisco rv110w router and the ISP is Cisco. I've tried to disable the firewall and other stuff it keeps going bad any advice will be welcomed.

         You could check it's logs when that happens , but better is to go to modern equivalent hardware ,
