IntroPackettracer2022-02 PT Basics Quiz - graphics loading error

Hello,

 

When I start the quiz I get errors as shown in the screenshot. According to development tools in browser it's an error 503.

I get these errors with different browsers and in different networks, like at home and college.

I have checked for problems with browser setups, but can't figure out any.

 

Can anybody help?

paste the URL that you are accessing so we can check the exact website...

 

The URL visible in your screenshot is not accessible.

I'm not sure that you can open the link without being logged into  netacad. This is the link:

I am at the URL, I cannot see the png files either...

 

I'll see if I can find out why...at least it means it has nothing to do with your specific PC or access method...it seems to be a general problem...

I contacted Netacademy Support, this is their answer:

 


Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I checked the PT Basics Quiz and confirmed the images in several questions are broken. I will send your case to the Curriculum and Assessments Team so they can review and log the issue.

At this time, I do not know when the images of the questions may be fixed. In the interim, please feel free to skip the questions or the quiz. I apologize for any inconvenience this will cause

Can I consider the problem solved in relation to this forum, or will Netacad support inform you once the problem is fixed and then post that information in this thread?

I have no idea how long it will take for them to fix this. With regard to marking this as 'solved'...I am just thinkng, it is not resolved, so maybe it is better to just leave it open.
